Well, in here, the short and best answer is no. Even though, Microsoft has fixed the bugs in the new OS, still, your PC might crash! 

I'd rather say just hold on here... let's just say that you could have some patience in upgrading. Because, There are several reasons for not upgrading .


1. Your PC might get stuck during installation. 
2. The OS might crash. 
3. You might face issues with your PC after instllation. 
4. Your PC will get problems

So, as you've might have seen the reasons, what's the conclusion? 

Here it is! 

The short and Best Answer is no. Wait, until the OS performs well. Search the internet, go through some websites. Wait until the OS is still, and stops facing issues. Meanwhile, stay in the current OS you're in..
